Our policies for orders and returns
Shipping
We ship within the continental United States via USPS or UPS.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 3-4 business days.
Transit Time
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Packaging
Our oil is carefully packaged to prevent breakage and leakage during transit. Glass bottles are wrapped and cushioned for protection.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@driftpantry.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package and product
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund for damaged items.
Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns of opened items.
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs. Contact us before returning any items.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items or approving a damage claim.
